Born at the lowest point
FFF wasn't born in a boardroom. It was born at my lowest point.
They say sometimes you don't go to church to find God — God finds you at your lowest. That's what happened to me. I went back to church, started serving, and came to a realization that changed everything: I can't do this by myself anymore. I'm not making the plans. God is.
I can't do anything without Him. That truth became the foundation for everything FFF is — a coaching platform built on faith, driven by family, and delivered through fitness. Being a light in a dark world has been a blessing I give all the glory to God for. I stay humble, because what He gives, He can take away.
This isn't just a business. It's a calling.
What FFF stands for
Faith
The foundation. I found God at my lowest point — and He's been walking with me ever since. I can't do anything without Him. Faith is believing you can do anything, knowing He's always there, even when you don't feel it. He's working.
Family
The why. We lead by example — kind, forgiving, patient, loving. When you carry that much peace, your kids see it. Everyone around you sees it. And the gym? That becomes family too. God puts people in your life for a reason.
Fitness
The vehicle. We get stronger — not just physically, but spiritually and mentally. Real, functional strength that carries you through every decade of life.
Building something that outlasts us
What I'm building isn't just a gym or a coaching app. It's a community where strength means more than what you can lift. God puts people in your life for a reason — if you're reading this, maybe this is your reason.
